Craft Beer Dinner

Corkbuzz welcome's all beer lovers to join us for a fun night of food & brews. Our resident beer-somm, Scott Riley, has selected 7 beers that showcase originality, complex flavors and all around swagger. Chef Allen has crafted a 4 course menu to pair gorgeously for our dinner.


1st Course
Cinnamon Braised Baby Carrots, peanuts, avonlea cheddar, young kale, whipped cider
Birra Del Borgo- Caos,saison brewed w/ malvasia must

2nd Course
Bacon Fat Confit Salmon, smoked raclette, ash roasted beets, porcini aioli, 40 day hot sauce
Southampton Publick House- Grand Cru, Belgian Strong Golden Ale

3rd Course
Cocoa Rubbed Short Rib Steak, sweet potato puree, brussels sprouts, thyme cultured cream
Thornbridge- Wild Raven, Black IPA

4th Course
Dried Cherry Waffle, peanut butter pastry cream, vanilla walnuts, bourbon chocolate crumble
Orkney Brewing- Dark Island Reserve, Scotch Barrel Aged Old Ale
